Due to the first-class quality of our leather, we offer a one-year warranty on all our leather bags.

Leather products are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase. This includes stitching and seam failure. This warranty does not include color fading, stretching, or dye lot issues. Leather is a natural product and therefore no two pieces of leather are the same.

If you are unsatisfied with our product, you are eligible to return within 14 days from the date you received your order. Online store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card for future purchases at lucynina.com. We do not offer exchanges.
